Construction Dissertation Does the Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) Enhance Health and Safety Practice within the UK Construction Industry? There is an obvious importance of safety in the construction industry. New technologies are needed to improve the health and safety performance and this dissertation researches how BIM can be implemented successfully. In order to do so, both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies were used, providing a wider and fuller picture of the current situation in terms of BIM and health and safety in the UK construction sector.
