This Dissertation Is An Examination into the Attitudes of Lower-Level Construction Workers to Stress Management Interventions. Workplace stress has been the primary cause of stress for a long time within the workforce. The position of low-level construction workers within organisational hierarchies have rendered them unheard and underrepresented to a phenomenon widely experience by all even though they face stress levels higher than most. Coupled with the demanding nature of their jobs and poor coping mechanisms, lower level construction workers are at risk of serious health implications.
