This Dissertation Explores the Effectiveness of Green Technology on Energy and Cost Efficiency Within the UK Construction Industry. The contribution of construction industries towards the global warming is comprehendible since the activities involve the usage of fossil fuels during the construction process, emitting a lot of toxic gases and in turn harmful for humans and the environment. To investigate the effectiveness of green technology and cost and energy efficiency at Wates Construction Ltd. A qualitative research design has been implemented based on an inductive approach. The qualitative data has been collected from 10 participants of Wates Construction Ltd on the basis of purpose sampling. A thematic analysis has been employed to examine the specific objective with the help of semi-structured questionnaire.
