In today’s competitive business landscape, organizations recognize the pivotal role played by human resources in determining their success or failure. As such, attracting and retaining top talent has become a strategic imperative. Workforce diversity stands out as a prominent concept, necessitating organizations to actively embrace and effectively manage diversity within their work environments.
