HRM Dissertation Impact of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance within the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Sector A Study of Saudi Arabia - This #dissertation sets out to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees in oil, gas and petrochemical companies in Saudi Arabia. The study provides an analysis of the components of job satisfaction and their effects on employee performance. These include supervision, pay or income, supervision, and promotion. Data was collected from a survey posted online for employees working in Saudi Arabia to respond. The study will be conducted to prove or disapprove the study hypotheses which are; there is a positive influence on the dimensions of the job on employee job performance; second is that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction levels on employees in oil, gas and petrochemical companies in Saudi Arabia.
