HRM Dissertation Identifying Human Resource Challenges When Managing a Multicultural Workforce - The research was conducted to examine the challenges before HR Managers in managing multi cultural teams from the point of view of post graduate students studying HRM. The primary focus of the study was to answer the question “Is diverse workforce imperative to the growth of an organisation” Therefore, a comprehensive literature review was conducted to explore the research studies conducted by previous researchers on the subject of managing multicultural workforce. The second part of the research explored various challenges faced by HR managers in the management of multicultural teams. The study used quantitative research methods to collect and analyse both primary and secondary data.
