Customer Satisfaction Towards Samsung Smartphones in Nigeria - New Marketing Dissertation Topics Now Available For University Students. The main aim of this dissertation is to undertake a study on customer satisfaction towards Samsung smartphones in the Nigerian market and consequently identify what factors determine customer satisfaction. A quantitative approach was used for this research. Data was collected from 50 respondents via a questionnaire that consisted of 14 questions. These participants were existing Samsung phone users and were residents of Nigeria. The subsequent resulted were statistical analyzed. The results of the study indicate that the demographic characteristics such as age and gender have a positive impact on the consumer satisfaction towards Samsung mobile smartphones. It was found that price and perceived enjoyment have a positive relationship with satisfaction toward Samsung mobile phone users. The main aim of this research is to undertake a study on customer
